Holding an estate sale doesn't have to be a difficult process. Vintage Collection makes it easy. Keeping you informed throughout the entire event. It all starts when you make a free consultation for us to see the estate. Your family puts keepsakes aside; we then evaluate the total value of the estate, determining what stays with the house.
After the contract is signed, Vintage Collection advertises the sale via online and social media, as well as our massive private database of buyers, dealers, and collectors. We then stage the sale, and price the items based on current market value.
After the sale is concluded, we schedule for charitable contributions and haul aways. We supply certified tax-donation receipts that can be used for deductions on your tax returns.

Vintage Collection provides consultations and appraisals for antiques, personal property for IRS tax purposes (donations), probate, estate settlements, divorce, and liquidation. After the appointment is set, we look over each item carefully, providing an on the spot verbal appraisal. Need something in writing? We also do formal appraisals that include written documents that discuss value of item, description of items, and history behind antique items.
We don't however do online or by phone appraisals. The rates are $300.00. with a two hour minimum .
